A reflection can stand on its own or belong to a recorded practice. Writing is always optional.
Your journal text is encrypted in storage with keys managed by Already Here. Authorized administrators can recover and read it, including after key rotation. This is not end-to-end encryption. Experiment IDs, dates and session links are private metadata but are not application-encrypted. No journal text is sent in feedback emails or used for AI analysis.
